These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of practicesolutions.ai (the “Site”), operated by AMJNE Consulting LLC d/b/a Practice Solutions (“Practice Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01 Not a law firm; no legal advice

Practice Solutions provides AI execution consulting, including attorney training, workflow and playbook design, practice-group support, and firm-owned workflow tools or lightweight internal tools where appropriate. We are not a law firm and we do not practice law. Content on this Site is general information about our services and is not legal advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney–client relationship.

02 Pre-engagement communications

Please do not send confidential, privileged, or client-sensitive information through the Site or by email before a written engagement agreement is in place. Pre-engagement communications may not be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

03 Services and engagement agreements

Descriptions of services on the Site are summaries for general information. The binding terms of any engagement, including scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, security, ownership of work product, and intellectual property, will be set out in the separate written agreement for that engagement. If anything on the Site conflicts with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Confidentiality, data handling, segregation, ownership, and security obligations for client engagements will be addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

04 Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt or interfere with it, accessing it through automated means to harvest content, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

05 Intellectual property in the Site

The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, and the Practice Solutions name and marks — are owned by AMJNE Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our permission, except as allowed by law. This section concerns the Site itself; ownership of work product created in an engagement is governed by your engagement agreement (see Section 03).

06 Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

07 Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMJNE Consulting LLC d/b/a Practice Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be handled in courts located in New York State that have proper jurisdiction.

10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
